The location is fantastic. The staff was super friendly. I could use the pool facilities. I also like that I was able to use the breakfast facilities. Breakfast was excellent. I am so happy about everything. I was able to go on a whale tour!

The hallway floor was dirty. The room was dusty, even after daily cleaning. Pillow sheets were not always clean and the curtains had dust.

I appreciate the convenient kitchen facilities available. The balcony offered a nice space for enjoying the views. Staff was friendly and helpful . I used the luggage storage after checkout, this allowed me to go on a whale watching tour.

the soundproofing was not ideal, so I heard some traffic noise at night.

I was charmed by the location. it was perfect for getting around the area on foot. the facilities were also quite good. I particularly enjoyed having access to the facilities next door. the staff were helpful. The quick responses really impressed me.

The wifi was a real pain. I could not hold the signal. the duvet on the bed was too small. Two single duvets would be better. my balcony was very small. It felt a little cramped.
